Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Because our products are highly delicate, we take extra precautions during the packing process. Each item is carefully wrapped and secured in custom-fit, impact-resistant packaging to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: free for shipments to lower 48 states

  • Expedited Shipping: Please contact us.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside the US.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages During Transit

While we pack our delicate items with the utmost care, we understand that damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@yudeco.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
